A Career as a Pilot Of course it is rare that planes actually crash, and statistically you are more likely to be in danger on a bus than a plane but nonetheless, there is no denying the incredibly highly risky nature of flying a plane. If you have always wanted to be a pilot, you should look into it as soon as you can. As the training process is lengthy.
